EESA register under the societies act XXI of 1960 on 25 July 2018

EESA will be non-profit organization. This association is open to all companies that own their own equipment offers both equipment and their professional services for the event industry which includes exhibitions, conference open-air concerts, events like fashion shows discos, award nights, election rallies, religious events product launches advertising campaigns on road etc this will include companies that own and rent

Purpose of Forming

  • To bring together companies offering similar services in the Event Industry, so that we can face common problems and pool our resources for the betterment of the industry
  • Have an association body to represent common problems to the government like GST, E-Way bill etc
  • Tie up with a Government recognized body like FICCI or a Chamber of Commerce to represent our point of view
  • Training for staff by pooling resources and getting in professionals to improve our technical skills
  • Education of member companies in proper compliances as per law
  • Educating our member companies on proper procedures to follow in commercial transactions to ensure a proper legally valid process is followed on all transactions
  • Representation by the association to other associations or industries to improve working conditions - for example to be able to talk to hotels and ask them to allow our staff to bring in food and to be able to get a small area to have meals etc. And to talk to Event companies and insist that proper breaks are given for food timings etc
  • Representing member companies who have not been paid for work done by clients and thereby applying pressure as a group to ensure that payments come as committed
  • Cross rental support among members
