Dear Pan-India Event Equipment Vendors & Service Providers:

We are extending this membership invitation to all industry professionals who are a part of the event equipment and services industry; and are also offering “add-on” memberships to those companies who have one or more subsidiary/affiliate companies. In such cases, the company name registered as the primary member of the association shall be allocated 1 vote in all electoral processes, whereas any and all “add-on” memberships (1 or more) shall be allocated 1 vote only. This has been devised with the intention to maintain a distinct sense of equality, and to safeguard the rights and privileges of all members.

MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

Primary Membership - Open to companies in India having invested in their own equipment & offer equipment rental and their professional services within the event industry

Associate Membership - Open to service providers in India who do not own any equipment but only offer their professional services within the event industry

Membership Fee Payment Options

Primary Membership Associate Membership
New Registration Fee - Rs.6000/-
Membership Fee (April to March) - Rs.12,000/- 18% GST
New Registration Fee - Rs.6000/-
Membership Fee (April to March) - Rs.6,000/- 18% GST

Those who join after the 15th of any month, their Membership is activated from the 1st of the following month, and Membership Fees will be considered on Pro-Rata Basis, based on the following calculation:

Primary - New Registration Fee (Rs 6,000) + (Rs. 1,000 x No. of Months until 31st March every year) + 18%GST
Associate - New Registration Fee (Rs 6,000) + (Rs. 500 x No. of Months until 31st March every year) + 18%GST

EESA annual membership is active until 31st March of every year. Renewal procedure must be completed on or before the expiry date of the yearly membership, which is by the 15th of April every year. Renewal amount - ₹12,000 + ₹2,160 GST.
